CIS 125 Lab Assignement #2

Create the "Change Calculator" Form from Chapter 3, Page 69.  See also PDF

Program the form to work as follows:

1.  Enter and "Amount Owed:" and an "Amount Paid:" in the two top fields with those labels

2.  When the user Clicks [Calculate Change] 

• Subtract Amount paid from amount owed and display the difference in the field "Change Due:"
• Calculate the most efficient change.  For example if the amount due is 8.76 and the amount paid is $10, then the change fields would be
  1 Dollar, two dimes, and four pennies.

3.  When the user clicks [Clear Order]

• Clear all the fields

4.  When the user clicks [Exit]

• Close the form.
